In case hostilities break out with Pakistan , it would have to escort merchant ships headed for ports in Gujarat , ensure a blockade of the Pakistani coast , carry out offensive operations and also protect the complexes from seaborne attacks . अगर पाकिस्तान से तनाव बढेता है तो उसे गुजरात के बंदरगाहों की ओर आने वाले व्यापारिक पोतों को सुरक्षा मुहैया करानी होगी , पाकिस्तानी तट की नाकेबंदी करनी होगी , आक्रामक अभियान चलना होगा और समुद्र की ओर से होने वाले हमलं से संयंत्रों वगैरह की रक्षा करनी होगी .
